At 1st Team Exteriors, we are always looking for good people for outside sales.

The right person for the job would be a detail-orientated, organized self-starter with a clean appearance. 

Also, you should be able to climb on roofs, meet with homeowners, and own a reliable truck or SUV. You should also have a basic aptitude with sales and construction.

1st Team Exteriors would be willing to train the right people. Some of the best Field Reps have come with no background at all in construction or sales, but have a friendly demeanor with a desire to succeed.
