DUANE "DEWEY" BERGLUND, PRESIDENT

Born and raised in St. Paul, Dewey was the oldest son of a small business owner who taught him the work ethic it takes to grow a successful and trusted business. His father would always say, "If you’re going to do something, do it right the first time, no matter what it is." 

Since then, Dewey and 1st Team Exterior’s vision has been built around one simple motto:

If you’re going to do something, do it right the first time!

When he is not working, Dewey's hobbies include golf, fishing, hunting, date nights with his wife, and spending time with his five kids.

ROSS GRAUPMAN, SUPPLEMENT MANAGER

Ross is excited to bring his 23 years of construction experience to 1st Team Exteriors. Ross has worked in all aspects of residential construction, repair and remodeling as a subcontractor, project manager, estimator, real estate buyer, and licensed general contractor. Away from work, Ross enjoys being outside and traveling with his beautiful wife, Dawn, and their two sons, Trent and Ryan.

SAM BERGLUND, PRODUCTION MANAGER

Born in raised in North St Paul, after graduating from North High Sam spent 4 years in the United States Air Force as a dental assistant. Upon completion of her commitment, she went on to graduate from Augsburg College with her Marketing degree. Since then, she has worked for a fortune 100 company and spent some time at ABC Supply in Savage where she gained her in depth knowledge of product lines frequently used here at 1st Team Exteriors.

Sam stayed close to home and purchased a house in North St Paul where she lives with her boyfriend, Gage, and their four dogs, Buck, Salem, Bruno and Wallen, and kitty, Waffles. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, playing softball, and spending time with friends and family. 

MICHAEL DOLAN, FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

Michael hails from St. Paul, MN where he graduated from Saint Bernards HS and followed up with a earning BA in Marketing and finance Ferris State in Michigan. Michael and his wife Abbey have two daughters, Wren and Frankie.

As a former teaching pro, Michael enjoys a round of golf every now and then. Michael also enjoys family weekends at the cabin with their dog, Rory, and his grandfather, who taught him how to fish, hunt and enjoy the outdoors.

SPENCER BERGLUND, FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

After working in Logistics for a Fortune 100 Company here in the Twin Cities for the past 3 years, Spencer finally decided it was time to throw his hat in the ring to work with the family.

Growing up in the East Metro and a graduate from North St. Paul HS, Spencer loves time with friends and family playing golf, fishing, hunting and following most competitive sports.  His other love is his Golden Doodle, Brady (named after the GOAT Tom Brady). Always with a big smile, Spencer is ready to help you with your exterior needs.

ZACH EBNET, FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

Zach was born and raised in central Minnesota and attended college in Michigan at Ferris State University where he received degree in marketing and finance. Zach currently lives in Hugo, MN with his wife Emilie and puppy Max. In his free time, he enjoys staying active golfing, skiing, attending sporting events and going on walks with the family. 

Prior to joining 1st Team Exteriors, Zach was an employees benefits consultant at a Fortune 500 company for 6 years. Zach prides himself on working diligently with his customers to make sure all of their exteriors needs are met and exceed their expectations. 

DENNY PEARCE, FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

Long time friend of the Berglund family, Denny came to 1st Team Exteriors in the Spring of 2022 after an honorable career in Corrections. Originally from White Bear Lake, Denny now lives in Stacy with his wife Sara and their two teenage boys that keep both mom and dad on their toes at all times.

Denny is an avid outdoorsman and can be found spending as much time as he can in a tree stand, or hunting birds with his two black labs. 

JAKE JANSSEN, FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

After growing up in Oakdale - Jake went on to the University of St. Thomas where he received his Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Jake currently lives with his wife, Claire, in Richfield. When he isn't spending time with his very large group of family and friends, he enjoys golfing, pheasant hunting, fishing, and traveling.

After climbing the corporate ladder for the past few years, Jake decided it was time to make a career move and reached out to his good buddy, Spencer, hoping to join the 1st Team Exteriors family. Jake is a real "go-getter," and is very excited to not only develop relationships with our homeowners, but help in giving them the home of their dreams.

WILL KASEL, WINDOW AND DOOR SALES

Will lives in Lake Elmo happily married to his wife, Jessica, of 22 years, and five beautiful children. The Kasel family is very passionate in faith and giving back to the community.

Over the past 25 years Will has assisted over 5000 homeowners with the biggest investment of their life. Every project is different and unique, so Will feels it is his duty to serve the client in their best interest through diligence and dedication resulting in a completed vision.
